ORDERING & PAYMENT

Q. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-

  1. Read the product description and click “Buy Now" or "Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Insert your coupon code (if there is any), select the delivery date & your preferred shipping method, then click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “Continue” button.
  5. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  6. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  7. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.



Q. What are the payment methods available?
Here are a few Payment methods available for you to shop Online with us!

  • Online Banking (FPX)
  • Debit / Credit Card
  • e-wallet
  • e-Coupon & e-Voucher
  • Reward Points​

1. Credit Card / Debit Card

Credit Card & Debit Card payment is available for all Shoppers.

We accept all VISA, Mastercard, both Credit and Debit with 3D secure (Verified by VISA and Mastercard secure)

All your credit cards information is protected with encryption standard.

2. Gold Thon Rewards Points

Gold Thon e-Members can collect points during purchase and redeem it at checkout. 

With every product unit price, every RM10 = 1 point
During redemption, every 100 points = RM10

The rewards points will be expired after 12 months.

3. e-Coupon & e-Voucher

These offers exclusive discount or promotion. You will need to key-in the valid code received at “Secure Checkout” page under “Coupon Code”.

You can also redeem using both Coupon & Reward Points during checkout.

 

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Unfortunately, no cancellation will be allowed.

 

 

COUPON CODE

Q. Where can I get coupon code?

Coupon codes can be found on our website or Gold Thon Facebook Page from time to time.

 

Q. How do I use the coupon code?

When you place an order, you will see a box on the checkout page where you can enter your coupon code. After you click "Apply Coupon", the coupon code will be applied and the discount will appear immediately along with your order total. The coupon code must be redeemed at the point of the ordering process; coupon codes may not be applied after the order has been placed. Only one coupon code can be used per purchase. Please note that you will not be able to use a coupon code as the only mode of payment for your order. The cost of the order must exceed the cost of the coupon code and a payment option must be provided.

 

Q. I forgot to add a coupon code!

Unfortunately, coupon code may not be applied after your order has been placed.

 

Q. I entered my coupon code but it did not work!

Our system will always recognise valid coupon codes. If the discount has not been reflected in your order total during the validity period, you can contact us via 018-9651833 (WhatsApp only) or email to cs@topfruits.com.my. Coupon code can only be redeemed during the placement of orders; you will not be able to apply or amend your order once it has been placed.

 

Q. How do coupon code affect my return?

If you have decided to return item(s) that have a discount applied to the whole order, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount that you have paid.
 

 

DELIVERY

Q. Where do you deliver to?

We only deliver to West Malaysia for the time being.


Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?

Delivery usually will takes about 1-3 working days (Klang Valley area); 2-5 working days (Other than Klang Valley area in West Malaysia). No delivery services available on Sunday and Public Holidays.

Q. Can I collect my order at your warehouse?
Yes, you can do so during weekdays from 11am to 5pm, exclude Public Holidays. Our address is as below:
M1, Jalan ML 16, ML 16 Industrial Park, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor.

 

Q. I have not received my order!

In the circumstance that you have not seen a status update for your delivery after 7 working days after receiving the delivery confirmation email, please email our customer service at cs@topfruits.com.my for further assistance.

Q. What is your return policy for online purchase?

OTHERS

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  • Log-in your account → Click on “My Account” → Edit your account information and shipping address here.


Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Forgot Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
