Return & Refund Policy

  1. This refund or exchange policy is only applicable for Gold Thon Online Store’s members and within 5 days after receiving the goods/items, provided with pictures. Our team will investigate accordingly. 
  2. For refund or exchange, please contact our Customer Service 018-9651833 (WhatsApp only) or email by providing your name, contact number, invoice number, reason/s with proven videos and photos for refund or exchange. Please allow up to 24 hours for your inquiry to be processed. Our Customer Service Personnel will inform you on the next step to be taken.
  3. Refund or exchange can only be arranged under the following reasons:
  • If the durian is in sour or rotten condition, subject to approval; or
  • If the product is different from the order delivered. Products for refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it was delivered to the customer together with proof of purchase; or 
  • If the product is expired.
  1. All product may be exchanged once.
  2. For exchanges to product(s) of equivalent or lower price, no refunds will be given.
  3. For exchanges to product(s) of a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference.
  4. If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount i.e. paid price for the product(s) less the coupon amount as indicated on the receipt. Delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable.
  5. If an order involves the redemption of Gold Thon points, in the case of a return or refund, the point(s) will be refunded to the member’s account as well.
  6. You have the option of refund via Gold Thon Member Account or back to the original mode of payment (choose one). For Gold Thon Member Account, the refund amount will be credit to member’s account within 3 working days. For payment through online banking or credit card, the refund payment will be debited to the customer's bank account/credit cards within 14 to 30 working days depending on appointed bank refund policy.
  7. The customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the product to be returned until it reaches TOP FRUITS SUPPLY. TOP FRUITS SUPPLY will not be liable for any loss or damage to the product prior to TOP FRUITS SUPPLY receiving the product. The customers are advised to pack the product safely to prevent any loss or damage to the product or its box or its original packaging.
  8. Return shipping cost (if any) and refund will be reimbursed to customer once we have confirmed product is indeed incorrect, different from order delivered or damaged.
  9. TOP FRUITS SUPPLY reserves the right of final decision to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
  10. TOP FRUITS SUPPLY reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
